MISSION

 

As a GBT Expert / Sales Representative, you will report to the General Manager of the region, promoting and implementing EMS’s Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) solutions within Norway. You will actively engage with dental professionals, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with regional distributors to drive sales and awareness of EMS products.

 

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Take an active role in direct sales activities within the Norwegian market.
    • Engage decision-makers and guide them through the sales cycle.
    • Provide monthly reports on activities, market trends, and competitor insights.
    • Maintain and update CRM regularly—"If it is not in CRM, it has not happened."
    • Ensure achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

 

  • Training & Product Demonstrations:
    • Deliver live GBT demos (hands-on demonstrations) and product introductions.
    • Explain proper product usage and highlight EMS’s added value.
    • Organize and manage GBT courses for dental professionals.

 

  • Customer & Partner Collaboration:
    • Support and work closely with regional distributors.
    • Provide sales-related support and guidance to customers.
    • Participate in national events, congresses, and exhibitions.

 

EDUCATION & PERSONAL SKILLS

 

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in the dental, medical, or healthcare industry. A background in dental hygiene or medical technology is a plus.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, including account management, sales execution, and achieving targets.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills to engage decision-makers and simplify complex solutions.
  • Self-driven, structured, and able to work independently while managing a large geographical territory.
  • Fluent in Norwegian (mandatory) and English (business fluent).
  • Valid Category B driver’s license.

 

POSITION DETAILS

 

  • Location: West Norway or Oslo (Remote).
  • Occupation: 100%.
  • Travel: Frequent travel within Norway.
