POSITION SCOPE

This position follows CMG Standard Operating Procedures to properly produce and handle products in an efficient and value-added manner for storage or immediate use while observing pertinent HACCP, Safety, and regulatory guidelines in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely order completion daily including order picking, wrapping, and loading.
• Shipping/Receiving
• Light sanitation
• Operating automated production equipment
• Safely operating forklift
• Inventory control
• Adheres to all safety rules and regulations at all times.
• Other relative tasks within the Warehouse and Office as required
  
  

Skills & Abilities

• Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter, team player
• Ability to comfortably lift and carry 55lbs multiple times per day, carry for distances of up to 100ft.
• Ability to utilize rolling 8ft rolling ladders.
• Ability to work occasional overtime.
• Basic math and writing skills.
• Functional business literacy in English.
• Basic computer experience.
• Passion for the craft brewing & malting industry is a plus.
  
  

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Warehouse Management or Inventory Control software system experience preferred.
• Shipping and receiving knowledge are desirable.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• RF Experience a plus.
  
  

Compensation

Starting pay: $20.00/ hour; $0.50 increase after 90 days with progressive increases based on longevity and performance.

Paid time off up to 23 days a year.
