International Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You support payroll processing by collecting, verifying, and maintaining accurate payroll data
• You assist in preparing payroll reports and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams and providers
• You serve as a point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, ensuring timely issue resolution
• You help ensure compliance with local labor laws and assist with audits and documentation
• You contribute to process improvements and support payroll system updates
• You assist with onboarding by ensuring payroll setup is accurate and complete

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience: 2-4 years in payroll support or administration, preferably in a global environment
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of international payroll practices, tax laws, and compliance requirements
• Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Tools/Systems: Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday is a plus)
• Language: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, additional languages are a plus
• Soft Skills: Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
