We are looking for Brake System – Technical Lead Design Engineer with 5-7 Years of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore Location.

Key Skills: Brake system in vehicle, Pneumatic system installation,3D modelling & 2D detailing, in sheet metal, Cabling & Piping, solenoid valves, schematic layouts

Roles and Responsibilities:

Substantial knowledge in the use of 3D modelling & 2D detailing design Tools.
Substantial knowledge of Vehicle dynamics and especially during braking
experience with automotive braking systems responsibilities.
Tech Lead should inspire all the other team members, a Lead who is looked upon by all the members.
Reporting for all the weekly tasks in form of accurate and detailed reports
Lead should also work on constantly increasing the productivity of the team and Pneumatic system installation.
Carefully analyse the project and rectify the errors found in the process
Keep on asking for the reviews and feedback from peers.
Reporting for all the weekly tasks in form of accurate and detailed reports.

Required Skills,Qualifications (Technical Competency):

Having experience in Brake system in vehicle near suspension area, Pneumatic system installation and packaging of solenoid valves, schematic layouts.
Knowledge of materials, valves used in pneumatic system
expert in Design. 3D modelling & 2D detailing, in sheet metal, Cabling & Piping
Knowledge in GD&T, Tolerance Stack-up Analysis in product development.
Should have excellent communication skills; independently handle customer meetings, supplier discussion and problem-solving skills.
