Job description

We are looking for Design & Development engineer – Audio Systems with 8 + Years of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore Location
Key Skills: vehicle Audio Development, Audio Design, USB/MTP, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Telephony, Navigation, Tuner
This is an immediate requirement. Please apply if you can join within 7 days or close to 7 days

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead the overall vehicle Audio Development.
• Understanding of requirement to Prepare RFQ and Release to supplier.
• Technical sign off with multiple suppliers, Provide Technical synthesis to management, cost related support based on OEM activities.
• Handling all the supplier for all the technical query & follow up supplier based on Vehicle milestones achieve each stage. Plan to achieve each Milestone as per schedule.
• Resolve and support for teams Query.
• Plan and Track the Project development Schedule.
• Identification and resolution of technical product development issues of Release Management.
• Discuss with Top management for Issue in the Product, Supplier’s feedback & VAVE Ideas for Reduce the cost before selection of Suppliers. 
• Help Buyer to transfer technical knowledge to bargain with all suppliers to propose same technical and commercial consideration.
• Create Time plan, define and track the progress vs. plan for the SW project.
• Create Progress Reports and Process Review (Audit) Reports and Release Readiness ZBB (Zero Bug Build) Review Report. 
• Create and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix.
• Update and track bug list.

Required Skills, Qualifications (Technical Competency):
• Lead the overall vehicle Audio Development.
• Understanding of requirement to Prepare RFQ and Release to supplier.
• Knowledge in Audio Calibration and Audio Diagnostics
• Knowledge on ECNR and Echo cancellation algorithms
• Knowledge of Audio Processing and Audio SW
• Experience in Projected modes audio (Carplay/Android Auto/Baidu Carlife sources etc)
• Experience in Audio management for USB/MTP, Bluetooth, WiFi, Telephony, Navigation, Tuner
• Handle supplier discussion for Audio Design & Development Review for the proposal.
