As a PBM Proposal Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business by managing the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and providing critical insights to drive informed decision-making. You will support multiple teams, enhance business development efforts, and bring valuable analytics expertise to the table.

100% Remote with in-office requirements as needed for training and meetings.

What You’ll Do:

• RFP Process Management: Oversee and drive the True Rx Health Strategists RFP process, ensuring timely, insightful feedback that empowers key decisions.
• Consultative Pricing Expertise: Partner with Business Development, Proposal Content Managers, and Underwriting teams to provide expert pricing guidance.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze complex claims data to identify emerging trends, helping to shape actionable business strategies.
• Review & Assess Pricing: Analyze incumbent pricing for anomalies or discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Operational Understanding: Maintain a deep understanding of all operational systems and processes, ensuring alignment with related teams and entities.
• Market Research: Lead market research initiatives to support business needs and provide actionable recommendations.
• Project Leadership: Take the lead on special projects as assigned, bringing your expertise and strategic thinking to the table.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to drive success and ensure a seamless workflow.

What You Bring:

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or relevant experience) in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Management, or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in PBM, Underwriting, Finance, or Proposals.
• Key Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with proposal software (e.g., Responsive) a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to absorb and retain new knowledge quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Excel Skills: Experience with pivot tables, advanced modeling, and working with large datasets.
• Data Visualization: Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools a plus.
• Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver clear and impactful presentations to key stakeholders.
