Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Quality Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing quality throughout the organization. Working with cross-functional teams, you will ensure meeting quality standards and guidelines while showing initiative to improve processes. You will have the opportunity to work within a well-organized structure across various departments.

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct in-depth quality reviews of processes, documentation, and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyse data and trends to detect quality-related issues and areas of opportunity.
• Lead the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives across various departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is prioritized across all projects and workflows.
• Develop and maintain quality management documentation, including reports, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct training and workshops to promote the culture of quality awareness across the company
• Stay up to date with the latest quality management methodologies, such as Six Sigma and Lean.
• Provide comprehensive reports on quality assurance activities and results to the management team.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or related roles.
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and develop data-driven solutions.
• Experience conducting daily audits and working on customer satisfaction analysis.
• Familiarity with quality management methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean is a plus.
