Responsibilities

You will be responsible for building a multi-agent LLM system from the ground up, which will serve as the AI backbone of the Iris co-operating platform.

We do not hire solely based on experience with a few specific tools or languages or university degrees. Rather, we hire developers who are smart, pragmatic, and self-driven. We value the ability to learn new tools and function in an agile environment. Requirements

• Experience in software development with a focus on AI and machine learning;
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (an interest in functional programming and experience with Elixir is a big plus)
• Strong knowledge in developing chatbots or working on AI projects utilizing LLMs;
• Basic understanding of NLP techniques, libraries and toolkits
• Understanding of ML/AI models and algorithms, especially LLMs (such as GPT, Claude, Mistral, Llama) and Conversational AI
• You have an innovative mindset and an entrepreneurial drive
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
