We partner with enterprises to optimize their IT operations, ensuring scalability, reliability, and innovation in the cloud.

As part of our growth in managed cloud services, we are looking for an Engagement Manager to oversee Azure cloud services and software development services. You will be responsible for managing service delivery, coordinating technical teams, and ensuring a seamless experience for customers—both directly and via strategic partners.

Who We Are

At Faptic, we thrive on solving complex challenges. By blending design, engineering, and analytics, we help organizations harness the power of their data to create innovative digital experiences and shape their future.

Your Role at Faptic

The Engagement Manager will play a key role in managing the full lifecycle of service engagements, ensuring seamless execution, strong stakeholder alignment, and ongoing service improvement. You will work closely with Azure cloud architects, software development teams, and SRE professionals to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, aligned with Agile principles, and continuously optimized.

Additionally, you will be responsible for resource management, staff augmentation, writing SOWs/cost models, and overseeing hiring and team development to ensure we have the right people in place to meet customer needs.

  • Conduct service reviews, track SLAs, and drive initiatives to optimize delivery and automation.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements in cloud service management.

What You Bring
