Job description

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our growing and evolving team. Within this role you will bring your customer focused attitude to work on a variety of administrative tasks with your flexible and agile approach.

This will be a permanent, full-time position based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week once fully trained.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage inbound and outbound phone calls to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide a range of administrative and support services with an excellent attention to detail.
  • Balance competing priorities with time management skills and meeting deadlines for a large volume of tasks
  • Co-ordinate medical/travel bookings and liaise with third party providers.

ABOUT YOU

  • Ability to effectively listen and understand the needs of the customer and to enable their recovery and return to work
  • Strong computer skills with competency with Microsoft Suite and multiple systems at once
  • Superior time management and organisation skills to direct and prioritise own responsibilities and workflow
  • Customer Service and/or Office experience.
  • Experience in customer service or office administration to provide high quality administrative support with high attention to detail
