Job description

We are looking for experienced Technical recruiter who will join a dynamic and professional environment within the gaming industry. 

 

Requirements:

 

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment within product, gaming, outsourcing companies, or recruitment agencies.
  • Languages proficiency: Upper-Intermediate level of English, Native/Fluent level of Ukrainian.
  • Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing and recruitment strategies, including leveraging social media.
  • Solid understanding of the software development landscape.
  • Experience working with ATS platforms (e.g. Peopleforce).
  • Proficiency in conducting interviews and using diverse evaluation techniques.
  • Experience collaborating with hiring managers.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools beyond LinkedIn and Djinni.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and keen attention to detail.
  • A proactive, creative thinker who enjoys solving challenges.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles, ensuring an efficient and seamless hiring experience.
  • Actively source, assess, and engage candidates at all stages of the recruitment journey.
  • Review applications, conduct interviews, and provide feedback to candidates.
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates from the initial application to onboarding.
  • Develop and share job postings across relevant platforms and social media channels.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records within the ATS.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment, adjusting priorities based on business needs.
