Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth, expanding client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the real estate sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong networking and sales skills to generate leads, close deals, and foster long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks:
Monitor and manage emails related to business inquiries and client communications.
Review and respond to outreach responses to maintain engagement and build relationships.
Conduct LinkedIn lead sweeps to identify potential clients and opportunities.
Perform market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Develop and execute strategic outreach initiatives to attract potential partners.
Track and update delisted units for record-keeping and follow-up purposes.
Perform building outreach to strengthen real estate connections.
Update the response rate tracker to monitor and optimize outreach performance.
Send follow-up emails to clients and prospects.
Tag contacts in HubSpot for better segmentation and tracking.
Weekly Tasks:
Update business development strategies and review progress.
Generate and submit the weekly outreach report.
Confirm appointments for the upcoming week to ensure smooth scheduling.
Monthly Tasks:
Update and maintain an accurate broker list.
Review and update outreach templates as needed.
Prepare and submit the monthly business development report.
Compile and review the expense report for financial tracking.
Update the profit and loss statement to reflect monthly financial activity.
Qualifications:
Expertise in CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Follow Up Boss (FUB).
Proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate preferred.
Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with real estate platforms such as StreetEasy and LinkedIn.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
Knowledge of financial tracking and QuickBooks is a plus.
