This is a remote position.

Monday to Friday, 9AM - 6PM EST 


Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth, expanding client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the real estate sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong networking and sales skills to generate leads, close deals, and foster long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:

  • Monitor and manage emails related to business inquiries and client communications.

  • Review and respond to outreach responses to maintain engagement and build relationships.

  • Conduct LinkedIn lead sweeps to identify potential clients and opportunities.

  • Perform market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.

  • Develop and execute strategic outreach initiatives to attract potential partners.

  • Track and update delisted units for record-keeping and follow-up purposes.

  • Perform building outreach to strengthen real estate connections.

  • Update the response rate tracker to monitor and optimize outreach performance.

  • Send follow-up emails to clients and prospects.

  • Tag contacts in HubSpot for better segmentation and tracking.

Weekly Tasks:

  • Update business development strategies and review progress.

  • Generate and submit the weekly outreach report.

  • Confirm appointments for the upcoming week to ensure smooth scheduling.

Monthly Tasks:

  • Update and maintain an accurate broker list.

  • Review and update outreach templates as needed.

  • Prepare and submit the monthly business development report.

  • Compile and review the expense report for financial tracking.

  • Update the profit and loss statement to reflect monthly financial activity.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Follow Up Boss (FUB).

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate preferred.

  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Familiarity with real estate platforms such as StreetEasy and LinkedIn.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities.

  • Knowledge of financial tracking and QuickBooks is a plus.
