Job description

This is a remote position.

  • Assist our Licensed Service Agents in their daily tasks.
  • Follow our proven service process to offer our existing bilingual customers the best individualized customer service and policy changes according to their needs
  • Keep accurate information for all customers within the CRM database, adhering to company quality and compliance standards
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all time
  • Customer support over the phone, email or text
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and keep records of customer interactions, comments and complaints
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process



Requirements
  • Must speak and write the Romanian, Russian or Ukrainian language fluently
  • Comprehension of the English language is a must (written/verbal)
  • Problem solving & Multi-tasking skills  
  • PC Skills including MS Office are required; having a technology-oriented attitude is preferred
  • Higher education is a plus
  • Proactive team member, effective collaborator and proactive mindset is a must
  • Ability to effectively organize tasks, manage time, being results-driven and capable of working to tight deadlines
