Overview:
We are seeking a motivated SAP Financials Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to join our team and support a client of ours. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, along with a strong understanding of financial business processes. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize SAP Financials solutions that drive efficiency and support strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Implementation: Assist in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
• Business Process Analysis: Work closely with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend best-practice solutions within SAP.
• System Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize SAP Financials functionality by reviewing current processes, troubleshooting issues, and delivering improvement recommendations.
• Integration and Testing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Supply      Chain, Sales, IT) to ensure seamless integration. Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolve defects.
• User Training and Support: Develop training materials and deliver end-user training sessions. Provide ongoing support to ensure users can effectively utilize SAP Financials modules.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, functional specifications, and project deliverables.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on SAP releases, best practices, and industry trends to enhance solution effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on SAP Finance (FI) and/or SAP Controlling (CO) configuration and support experience.
• Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of key SAP Financials modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting).
  • Basic understanding of ABAP or debugging skills (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with integration points between SAP FI/CO and other modules (e.g., SD, MM).
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team player who is adaptable and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
