About the Role:

Your Missions:

In the AI team, your main missions will consist of :

• Working with state-of-the-art proprietary and Open Source language models, transforming user scenarios and product applications into optimized AI models.

• Operating and perfecting systems for qualifying and automating this process, including generation of synthetic data and collection of detailed precision metrics.

• Continuously refining, documenting and optimizing PROMPT structures, using anonymized synthetic & customer data to refine the accuracy of the model.

• Architecting and documenting the optimal use of JSON schemas by developing structured data architectures from natural language tasks.

• Python programming to implement and test models for automatic correction/improvement of JSON schemas.

• Refining qualitative benchmarks dataset and evaluation pipelines.

• Train models to reason fast and efficiently.

As a Data Scientist LLM Engineer, you will join the AI team and you will work in collaboration with Tom, our Head of AI Ops, alongside Aleksei, Baptiste, and our AI Tech team.

You demonstrate the following skills and track record :

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience working on orchestrating Language Models/Machine Learning in business cases.

• Proven track record of working on NLP projects, with a focus on LLM and RAG frameworks.

• Fluency in Python programming

• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch for training and fine-tuning LLM models.

• A genuine interest in Data/ Telecom / innovative solutions in modern consumer technologies.

• Organizational and leadership abilities.

• Curiosity and autonomy

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and in English
