What you will do:
Manage the sales process for the accounts located in the geographical territory as defined by the business. Responsibilities include:

We are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A.) in a technical or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of direct sales experience, with demonstrated leadership skills strongly preferred.
- A proven ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and prioritize in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
- A proactive, innovative mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- A strong technical understanding and experience working with OEMs.
- A strong customer focus, exceptional organizational skills, and a knack for solving complex challenges.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Knowledge of brush and brushless DC motors, gearmotors, electronic drives, linear actuators, and related components is a plus.
Candidates must reside within the assigned territory.
