The Opportunity
Avidity is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing Commercial team. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to generate critical market insights and deliver data-driven recommendations that support Avidity’s pipeline development, commercialization strategy and long-term business goals.
What You Will Contribute
The Associate Director, Brand Insights & Analytics plays a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the go to market commercial strategy for three near term product launches and an expanding pipeline of therapies. This individual will lead efforts responsible for U.S. Market Research, Forecasting, Competitive Intelligence, KPI Dashboarding, Brand Performance Reporting, and Advanced Analytics. The role requires uncovering strategic insights through diverse data sources and methodologies, driving organizational understanding, and enabling informed actions to achieve positive business outcomes. Reporting to the Vice President, Commercial Operations, this position also works closely with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Market Access, Patient Services, and Medical teams.
