About the Role:
The Senior Director of Sales Operations will be responsible for optimizing Deel’s revenue processes, implementing data-driven strategies, and ensuring the seamless execution of the entire sales lifecycle. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role will lead a team focused on improving forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at building scalable revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Operations Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing sales operations team, driving efficiency and alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Sales Process Optimization: Develop and execute strategies to streamline revenue operations, optimize the sales cycle, and reduce friction in the customer journey.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze revenue performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
Sales Technology & Tools: Oversee the implementation and optimization of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools to improve workflow automation and sales productivity.
Forecasting & Reporting: Establish and maintain accurate forecasting models, sales performance dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track revenue growth.
Pipeline & Territory Management: Build scalable processes for territory planning, pipeline management, and quota setting to maximize sales efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with leadership across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on revenue goals, strategies, and execution.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Lead quarterly and annual business reviews, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize revenue performance.
Process Innovation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness, improve conversion rates, and maximize revenue opportunities.
Requirements:
Experience: 12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position managing teams of 5+ people.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling revenue processes and driving operational efficiencies in high-growth companies.
Technical Expertise: Strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools, with a deep understanding of sales tech stacks.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making, forecasting, and process improvement.
Sales Lifecycle Knowledge: Deep understanding of sales cycles, pipeline management, and revenue drivers in B2B SaaS or fintech environments.
Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex data and insights to executive stakeholders.
Process-Driven Mindset: A hands-on operator who thrives in fast-moving environments and can build processes from the ground up.
Industry Experience: Experience in SaaS, tech, or high-growth companies is preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA a plus.
