Job Description

Work location, Torreón, Coahuila.

SUMMARY:

This customer-facing role you will achieve sales target for the account package assigned through growing existing business and developing new customers, applying on full portfolio (products/services/solutions). The end-user account manager should follow adisciplined sales process aligned with the Heavy Industry strategy and excelling execution (Mining, Chemical & Cement). The end-user account manager is responsible formaximizing RA installed based, orchestrating the strategy across the complete ecosystem such as distributors, system integrator, EPC andOEMs while developing and strengthen relationships with customers and partners

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Functional (Sales)

  • Achieve and exceed the Heavy Industry End User customers sales goals.
  • Responsible for develop and implement effective account plans and ecosystem maps for all accounts assigned
  • Collaborate with channels to increase market penetration, assure sales coverage and provide appropriated customer orders fulfillment

Business

  • Develop and implement business strategies and sales goals within the named accounts assigned that are consistent with the regional direction.
  • Effectively manage own expense budget for travel.
  • Maintain awareness of competitive strategies and activities, and market trends as well as their impact on local business for Rockwell Automation.
  • IOT / IIOT / Annual Recurring Revenue / software / subscription model type of experience, including collaboration with a customer success function
  • Sell at the senior management & executive levels, focusing on the outcomes and expressing the tangible economic value that information software solutions & services.
  • Demonstrated knowledge on MINING industry drivers & processes.

Leadership

  • Ensure reporting and ensure use and maintenance of the sales and customer relationship management tools.
  • Ensure account planning according to Rockwell Automation standards.
  • Improve performance driven culture by build smart goals, track performance regularly, give and receive open & honest feedback.

Interpersonal

  • Promote sales teaming
  • Excellent communication to foster an open and inclusive environment
  • Demonstrate behavior following Rockwell Automation values
  • Acts with highest integrity in all areas

Reporting to the Team Lead, End User

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • You have Bachelor´s degree in: Engineering, Control & Automation, Electronics,Information Technology or related.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in sales for Control & Automation, IOT/IIOT, ARR / Software /Suscription model. for Heavy Industry Business
  • Prior sales experience in a technology-based. In delivering sustainable and profitable growth through and/or with others.
  • Additional education in business administration is a plus.
  • Local language plus strong English (verbal and written)
  • This job is Remote position and will travel +50% of the time in the Comarca Lagunera
