We do this with our revolutionary cleaning and hygiene technologies - such as floor care machines, cleaning tools & utensils, and chemicals for Food & Beverage industry.
For our Estonian branch we are looking for a committed and motivated personality as a: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Laundry Sector)
As a Business Development Manager, you will help us drive Diversey's growth and expand the market, enter new territories and strengthen business relationships with our customers. Networking is critical to success in this position.
Main Tasks
Acquisition of selected, specified potential customers for the areas of Laundry Sector
Supporting the sales managers to achieve regional sales goals
Establishing a close relationship and maintaining contact with the selected strategic dealers/branches, including joint business planning
Creation of an annual business plan for defined key customers/segments/dealers
Building customer relationships and maintaining contact with decision-makers and employees
Sales fulfillment for defined key customers (new customers)
Determination of needs and problem solving for the implementation of the entire offer (cross-selling) with the greatest possible exhaustion of the assortment sale
Creation of offers
Presentation and demonstration of new products and systems
Implementation of the corporate philosophy in the area of sales and customer care
About The Profile
Academic training (university, technical college, vocational academy) or comparable
practical knowledge
Very good communication skills
Experience in sales or project management
Reliability in meeting deadlines
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Problem solving skills and customer orientation
Self-motivation and the ability to work in a team as well as social skills
Experience in key account management in sales
Chemical, product and industry knowledge is an advantage
Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
CRM knowledge
