Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Senior Technical Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for an Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant possessing experience in Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP having very strong technical skill set in creating Integrations and extensions as per business requirements. Role will require the candidate to work independently showing expertise and strong ability to covert the functional specification into workable & robust solutions, to develop, to configure, to execute test script. Ability to conduct and present proof of concepts.

Position Requirements

Candidate MUST have experience in SQL
Candidate MUST have experience in HCM Data Loader, HCM Extract, Fast Formula & Template.
Prefer to have experience in OTBI.
Candidate must have a good experience in working with client / USA counterparts in understanding their business requirements and providing the right solutions.
Candidate is expected to work independently and coordinate efficiently in a group.
Ability to train & develop other colleagues.

Desired Knowledge

As a techie we would like the candidate to be product-agnostic (Oracle Fusion Cloud suite of products). But a person having expertise in any is welcome!
End to end implementation/managed support experience of oracle cloud applications.
Effective communication skills and ability to interact with external teams or clients.
Experience in working with client / USA counterparts in understanding their business requirements and providing the right solutions.
Having high integrity and who values time.
Functional knowledge in any of the Oracle Cloud Fusion suite of products. Education
Graduate/Post-Graduate qualification holding B.Tech./BCA/M-Tech/MCA
