In this role, you will define & shape the business success for the Autonomous Networks Suite of Applications across Analytics, Digital Operations, Security and Mediation portfolio maximizing the opportunity for Nokia to be a leader in the AI & Automation driven telecom industry transformation towards autonomous networking. This role expects a strong leader who deeply understands customer pain points and transformation journey to optimize their Opex/Capex and open-up their networks to monetize 5G investments. You can identify market / competitive trends and have a strong understanding of the business of AI & automation driven software in various deployment and business models.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Business owner for AN Suite - Responsible for owning, managing, tracking the aggregate P&L success of the AN Suite in coordination with the App Domain Leaders in Security/Analytics/Digital Operations/Mediation navigating through On-prem & SaaS business models GTM – Responsible for business development, funnel management, overseeing key opportunities and deal closures in coordination with the Nokia Sales organization
- Defines the AN Suite business best practices towards higher network autonomy levels and other key AN value proposition cornerstones
- Work closely with the strategy team to refine the AN overall Business strategy over 3 years with the associated business case quantification based on validated market data. This includes GTM strategies both direct and through channels through an eco-system of partners
- Work closely with strategy and sales organization to define indirect sales channel AN Suite business requirement towards partners onboarding & certification and maintain relationship with key selected SI/Technology/Hyperscaler partners
- SPOC towards sales / pre-sales organizations providing strategic and tactical support for AN Suite opportunities
- Thought leadership: Collaborate with marketing on external communication and campaign strategy and act as a spokesperson internally and externally
Key Skills And Experience
- 15+ years of experience with a min of 8+ years in product management
- Experience in Mobile and Fixed networking environments with knowledge on Service operations / Network operations / analytics and security. Cross functional domain expertise is a plus
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies and GTM models, with a proven track record in cloud native / SaaS products.
- Solid knowledge in Cybersecurity, AI/Analytics, Automation general IT discipline and domains
- Experience with disruptive business models and customers will be an asset. Experience in defining expansion strategies towards enterprise and private networking domains a plus
- Experience in leading strategic and transformative product initiatives, influencing, and aligning stakeholders to a strategic vision
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, organization, and project management skills.
- University degree on Telecommunications, Computer science, or equivalent
