Join Concentrix as a DevOps Consultant

Role Overview:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team, responsible for enhancing and managing our DevOps release management pipeline for Kubernetes platforms. This role will focus on supporting Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices, troubleshooting automation issues, and collaborating with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality deployments. The ideal candidate will have experience with containerized services, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and CI/CD tools, with a focus on maintaining stable production operations.

Core Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and promote a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery culture.
• Administer and enhance the DevOps release management pipeline for Kubernetes platforms (build, staging, testing, production).
• Troubleshoot delivery automation issues and implement practical solutions to move projects forward in a timely manner.
• Develop CI/CD-specific KPIs to track delivery performance against expected timelines.
• Manage multiple delivery pipelines, assisting development teams as needed while ensuring high-quality solutions.
• Oversee workloads across private and semi-private cloud environments.
• Deploy containerized services into an Istio or related service mesh environment (nice to have, not day 1).
• Ensure platform security, including working with service accounts.
• Manage hardware components in an OCP environment or collaborate with hardware engineers to implement or troubleshoot deployments.
• Manage Helm-based deployments in a Kubernetes environment (nice to have, not day 1).
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of container-based management systems, including Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Experience building and deploying containers to a production Kubernetes environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes deployment, management, and security mechanisms.
• Experience with Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with deploying containerized services into an Istio or related service mesh environment.
• Ability to manage Helm-based deployments in a Kubernetes environment.
• Experience working with platform security and service accounts.
• Experience with ArgoCD to enable continuous delivery to Kubernetes environments.
