What You’ll Do

• Define & Drive Roadmap: Collaborate with leadership, design, and engineering to prioritize features and ensure the product roadmap aligns with business goals.
• Leverage Data Insights: Analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, and translate metrics into strategic decisions that scale product adoption.
• Champion the User: Gather feedback from a rapidly growing user community, transforming insights into product improvements and new feature concepts.
• Enable Growth: Work hand-in-hand with marketing and sales teams to optimize the freemium/PLG funnel, boosting user engagement and retention.
• Collaborate & Mentor: As the second Product Manager, you’ll shape processes and help build a strong product culture in a small, high-impact team.

Who You Are

• PLG Specialist: You have mid-to-senior product management experience with a proven track record in freemium/PLG models.
• Data-Driven Mindset: You’re comfortable digging into metrics, designing experiments, and using insights to inform product decisions.
