Overview
The National Sales Leader spearheads installed sales in our nationwide, walk-in tub and bath/shower division. The leader oversees all aspects of sales strategy and operations across the U.S. Our expansive sales territory is divided into multiple regions, each managed by a Regional Sales Manager responsible for a team of 30+ commission-only sales representatives. The Sales Leader also directly manages a small region of sales representatives; enabling the Sales Leader to stay in tune with sales operations and opportunities and to actively demonstrate to the team how our sales program should be most effectively administered.
In this role, the leader will be entrusted with the responsibility of planning ambitious sales targets and driving their successful attainment. Their focus will extend beyond numbers, as they develop and nurture our sales representatives, ensuring they provide every customer with a 5-star experience. While the role is considered remote (not based at the corporate headquarters), the leader should be prepared to travel throughout the United States, as needed, to visit various markets and personally impart their sales expertise and leadership to our rapidly expanding sales organization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and leading highly effective commission-based sales teams. Their ability to drive revenue growth through in-person and remote coaching, guidance, and aligning with our core values will be instrumental to their success in this role.
Join us as we make better homes a reality for everyone everywhere.
