Job Summary


Plays a pivotal role in overseeing the scope, planning, budgeting, and execution of web-based projects. Responsible for ensuring that the company’s website and digital solutions align with brand strategy and business objectives. Manages resources, collaborates with internal teams, and liaises with third-party vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget. Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and WordPress is essential for optimizing and enhancing digital performance. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of project management skills and digital expertise, with prior experience in website management.


Key Responsibilities


  • Website Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website, ensuring it reflects brand standards and provides excellent user experience.
  • Collaborative Design: Work with cross-functional teams to create engaging digital content, including web pages, email, and landing page templates.
  • Project Execution: Manage projects from conception to launch, coordinating with vendors, product marketing managers, internal IT/infrastructure, content, and design teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Alongside Marketing Operations, utilise tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot to track website performance, analyse data, and implement improvements.


Experience, Skills and Key Competencies


  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in website management or digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in managing digital projects from concept to execution, preferably within brand or marketing environments.
  • Experience with marketing and CMS tools such as WordPress and HubSpot, Google Analytics
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage timelines, scopes, and budgets effectively.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and drive website performance improvements.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal teams and external partners/vendors.
