Role
The Senior Product Manager will oversee multiple initiatives spanning multiple products, driving the development of new features, enhancing existing ones, and delivering critical insights to the business. This is a technical, customer-facing role that requires a deep understanding of complex systems, APIs, and integrations, combined with strong people skills to engage effectively with stakeholders. You will serve as a bridge between customer needs, business objectives, and engineering implementation, requiring technical fluency, strategic vision, and exceptional communication.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, design teams and leaders across the organization to deeply understand our customers, competitors, and market. You will interact directly with customers to gather feedback, address pain points, and ensure that delivered features meet their needs while advancing AgentSync’s mission within the insurance industry.
This role will manage initiatives varying in technical complexity, requiring you to translate and coordinate detailed requirements across multiple teams and services. Success in this position demands not only technical aptitude and a product mindset but also the ability to build strong relationships and drive collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the development of features across multiple products within the AgentSync Platform, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and QA
- Leverage your deep understanding of our customers' businesses and our user behavior to design an intuitive, reliable user experience that addresses key customer needs and delivers measurable value
- Partner with the Group Product Manager to shape product strategy and ensure it is communicated clearly and consistently across the organization
- Commit to continuous improvement by seeking opportunities to enhance both business outcomes and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and subject matter experts to align on the optimal approach for delivering the feature roadmap with resilience and timeliness
- Act as a product evangelist, advocating for AgentSync's solutions and their value both internally to teams and externally to customers and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within AgentSync's products.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, serving as a liaison to ensure mutual understanding and alignment on product objectives
- Mentor and support junior product team members, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging professional growth.
Your Experience
- A mindset rooted in first-principles thinking.
- 5+ years proven ability to advance products from "1 to 2" and execute go-to-market strategies in a B2B environment serving enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated experience in fully owning strategic product initiatives, including developing new concepts and pitching them to senior leadership.
- A strong track record of problem-solving with a hands-on, "roll up your sleeves" approach.
- Experience in building API-first products.
- Familiarity with AWS or Salesforce is a plus.
- Familiarity with the insurance industry, Insuretech or experience working within regulated industries is highly desired.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus.

Salary
In accordance with Colorado law, the following represents AgentSync’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role, if hired in Colorado.

$160,000 - $178,000
