Parexel FSP is looking for a Lead CRA to join our team. This position will lead a group of CRA's across LATAM. The candidates could be based anywhere in Argentina, Chile or Peru.

The Lead CRA will:
Have at least 3 years in Senior CRA role
Exceed expectations of Senior CRA role
Have monitored oncology trials

Knowledge and Experience:

Substantial Site Management experience or equivalent experience in clinical research, with understanding of clinical trials methodology and terminology

Had the opportunity to perform some or all of these tasks:

Serves as mentor to less experienced CRAs
Conducts assessment visits for less experienced CRAs
Supports with CRA peer interviews
Able to participate in business development proposals or meetings
May serve as Subject Matter Expert for processes or systems
Has demonstrated a commitment to continue to expand knowledge of therapeutic areas
Has served as a Lead CRA for studies
Has participated in audits and inspections
Act as a mentor and role model for other team members.

Education:

Educated to degree level (biological science, pharmacy, or other health-related discipline preferred) or equivalent nursing qualification or other equivalent experience
