Recruitment Partnership with Pranam Recruiters

We are offering a unique chance for recruiters and interns to work as Freelancing Recruitment Partners under the prestigious brand Pranam Recruiters. This is not an employment role but a freelancing contract where you can work independently yet collaboratively, leveraging our brand to source talent for clients in India, GCC, UK, and the US.

Requirements
Requirements to Join as a Freelancing Partner with Pranam Recruiters
Core Skills & Experience
  1. Recruitment Expertise:

    • At least 2+ years of global recruitment experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, preferably in Outsourcing, RPO, KPO, or IT sectors.
    • Proven experience sourcing Product and Tech roles and the willingness to handle non-tech roles as needed.
  2. Proactive Talent Sourcing:

    • Ability to source and attract top candidates for hard-to-fill or complex roles.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms, resume databases, and professional networks.
  3. Full-Cycle Recruitment:

    • Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates, and handling the entire recruitment lifecycle.
    • Expertise in direct sourcing, candidate development, and creative sourcing techniques.
  4. Strategic Mindset:

    • A keen understanding of recruitment strategies and the ability to create and execute thoughtful recruiting plans.
    • Familiarity with ATS platforms for tracking candidates and maintaining data integrity.

Soft Skills
  • Strong Communication Skills:

    • Proficiency in both English and Hindi (written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Client-Focused Mindset:

    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Analytical & Creative:

    • Proactive in identifying sourcing challenges and finding innovative solutions.

For In-Office Freelancers
  • Must work from our office (limited to 5 seats).

  • Facilities Provided:

    • Systems, training, access to a job board, and a mobile allowance.
  • Compulsory Targets:

    • Achieve quarterly revenue targets to earn up to 40% commission.
    • Potential for half-yearly/yearly bonuses based on contributions to company achievements.

For Work-From-Home Freelancers
  • Arrange your own systems, tools, candidate database, and job board access.
  • High earning potential with up to 60% commission per placement.
