Job Description

  • Create compelling, industry-specific content that resonates with decision-makers in transport, logistics, hospitality, retail, and facility management sectors
  • Manage and optimize the company’s digital presence, including website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance using advanced analytics tools, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate and nurture high-quality leads, aligning marketing efforts with sales goals
  • Stay at the forefront of marketing trends in the education and training sector, implementing innovative approaches to reach and engage our target audience
  • Develop and manage relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance marketing capabilities
  • Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a steady stream of relevant and engaging material across all channels
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and presentations
  • Measure and report on the ROI of marketing initiatives, continuously refining strategies to maximize impact


Requirements
  • Proven experience in full-stack marketing, preferably in B2B, education, or professional services sectors
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different industries and platforms
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision making, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a growth mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
