Requirements:

1.5 years to 6 years of experience in graphic designing
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
Graduate degree/diploma course in Graphics designing or a related field can apply
Prior domain experience of 1.5 years or more
Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Aptitude for learning and continuous improvement
Strong ethical behavior and commitment to quality excellence
Ability to operate various graphic designing software such as Ai, PS, InDesign, Adobe Stock
Adaptability to ongoing improvements and changes
Analytical skills and logical thinking
Demonstrated understanding of existing commercial designing software applications/CAD tools
Ability to work in night shifts
Candidates from Kolkata or nearby towns and cities of Kolkata region are preferred

Create, review, modify, and recreate designs from customers to produce high-quality results
Raise issues regarding systems, tools, performance, and processes
Resolve escalations from customers or manufacturing facilities and share feedback with the Team Lead
Participate in activities that induce continuous improvement in the skills required for the role
