This position will be based in our Newcastle city centre office on Percy Street, with the flexibility of some work-from-home hours each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivating relationships with customers both over the phone and in person, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Establishing partnerships with local estate agencies and property management companies and contributing to the growth of the business.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and deadlines with a proactive approach.

Developing Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to high service standards.
  • Excellent administrative, written, and oral communication skills in English.
  • Acute attention to detail, polished presentation, and a logical, proactive approach to problem-solving.

What Apprenticeship Training will you Receive?

The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprentice Qualification through Learning Curve Group.

You will be taught through:

A 1-2-1 Session every 4-6 Weeks with your tutor

6 weekly hours of Off The Job Training

The course is a 12 month programme




Salary: 23,000-26,000
