The Role
As a Commercial Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the lifecycle of contractual agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and vendor contracts. This role is integral to our operations, ensuring that all contractual engagements are effectively managed to support the company's growth and compliance objectives. Collaborating with legal, client services, and finance teams, you will ensure contracts align with company policies, comply with legal standards, and support strategic objectives. You will drive the development and implementation of scalable solutions to enhance contracting efficiency, leveraging existing tools and exploring new technologies. The ideal candidate has experience in a digital environment and excels in a fast-paced setting requiring attention to detail and strategic thinking.
The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $76,000- 96,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).

You Will BeDrafting, reviewing, and approving contracts to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with company objectives.Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to facilitate contract execution, resolve issues, and streamline operations.Developing and maintaining standardized contract language and guidelines to improve efficiency while ensuring legal and policy compliance.Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to support business continuity.Assessing contract platforms and technologies, leading the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a scalable contract lifecycle management (CLM) solution or optimizing existing tools.Maintaining a contract database, tracking key terms and obligations, and conducting regular audits to ensure compliance.Managing contract-related tasks through Asana, effectively tracking multiple projects and meeting deadlinesOverseeing vendor partnerships and contracts, leading a comprehensive vendor management process that includes performance assessments and compliance monitoring.Serving as a key legal contact, providing guidance on commonly requested edits, non-standard terms, and policies.Mentoring junior team members on contract management best practices.You Must Have3-5 years in contract management or a related role, with a proven track record of handling complex agreements.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
