Job description

Job Title: ICT Project Manager
Location: Remote

Job Summary: The ICT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The ICT Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
  • Resource Management: Manage project resources, including team members, equipment, and budget, to ensure project success.
  • Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure project risks are managed effectively.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, issues, and changes.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, adhering to high-quality standards.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
  • Budget – Manage accruals
  • Helping to prepare presentation for senior leaders
  • Consultant and cross functional working with key stakeholders within KKNA

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an ICT Project Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing ICT projects.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of ICT systems, infrastructure, and software development processes.
