What you will do:
As a Senior Product Manager with Zoocasa by eXp, you are responsible for systems that drive our digital products growth and make a significant difference in the lives of people searching or working in real estate. You deliver on strategy and product roadmap, and prioritize the work that binds everything together. You can accomplish this while working with a cross-functional team of engineers and designers. As a Senior in the product team, you’ll have excellent communication with stakeholders and team building relationship skills. You take ownership of delivering ambitious epics, projects and key results. You will oversee your team’s roadmap and be able to break down complex projects into manageable and achievable tasks, epics and stories.
Contribute to product planning, roadmap and communication of progress to both internal departments and our cross-functional leadership team
Manage and maintain a healthy epic and ticket backlog
Lead, motivate and manage work for a passionate engineering team
Lead the agile process within one of our engineering teams
Conducting user acceptance testing and data integrity checks
Draft and maintain requirements, documentation, product faqs, process docs, etc. where necessary
Work directly with Senior engineers to create detailed tech approaches and flow diagrams that communicate the vision to internal stakeholders and software engineers
Report on performance of your team and platforms against company scorecard and OKRs
Conduct and participate in product sessions and brainstorming with various departments including real estate agents
Report and document progress, remove roadblocks and highlight areas of improvement
Champion the work that is delivered and promote it within the wider business
Additional duties as required by the business as it grows and develops
How you will grab our attention:
4+ years of digital product management experience in data systems, web, mobile applications with a preference to B2C experience
Experience working successfully on an Agile team and leading agile and scrum rituals.
Experience with other product management frameworks, processes, and tools, including sprint planning software like JIRA, Pivotal Tracker, Notion etc.
Bachelor’s degree at Post Secondary in Business, Marketing, or Communication
Nice to Have:
Experience architecting or programming software
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, etc)
Agile certification(s)
UX skill set

The starting base pay for this position is $95,000 CAD per year in our lowest geographic cost of living market and is dependent upon many factors such as location, experience, skills, and training. Base pay is only one part of the total compensation package offered to employees in recognition of their hard work and is determined within a range to allow for growth and development within a role.
