Job description

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will oversee marketing processes, promotional execution, bonus creation, and site optimization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our marketing campaigns, CRM initiatives, and on-site content are executed flawlessly, localized effectively, and optimized for maximum player engagement and conversion.

  

These are your responsibilities:

Marketing operations & bonus management:

  • Manage the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and bonus offers across all channels.
  • Oversee and optimize bonus creation processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure all promotions and bonuses adhere to regulations.

Process & project management:

  • Develop and streamline marketing workflows to improve campaign execution and content updates.
  • Act as the bridge between Marketing, CRM, and Country Leads for smooth cross-functional collaboration.

Site content & optimization:

  • Ensure seamless placement and optimization of on-site content, including banners, promotions, and casino games.
  • Work with teams to enhance the customer journey and site navigation.
  • Monitor player engagement and adjust content and promotions based on performance data.

Performance tracking & data-driven decision making:

  • Analyze KPIs to measure campaign, promotion, and bonus effectiveness.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to maximize impact.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.

  

  

This is what we expect from you:

  • Proven experience in marketing operations, CRM, or digital marketing, preferably within iGaming or a fast-paced online business.
  • Strong knowledge of bonus mechanics, promotional structures, and player incentives.
  • An analytical mindset with experience in tracking, measuring, and optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across various teams.
  • A solid understanding of user experience (UX) and customer journeys.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and data analysis software.
  • Experience using BetConstruct’s bonus tool is a strong plus.

  • Experience in a similar role related to marketing operations, CRM, or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms, content management systems (CMS), and performance tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of iGaming, casino promotions, and bonus structures is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
