We are looking for a passionate Regional Product Manager to help shape our product offerings and drive success in the US market.
As the Regional Product Manager for the US market, you will drive the development, positioning, and growth of our professional portable battery power stations. You'll gather critical market intelligence, manage the product roadmap, and ensure our products align with customer needs in key verticals, including construction, film and media, utility fleets, and events. Your contributions will influence strategic product decisions and ensure that our products perform, look, and feel as American professionals expect and require them to.
You will work closely with colleagues across the marketing, sales, product, and local Instagrid USA team to:
Market Intelligence & Customer Feedback:
Gather and analyze market intelligence in key verticals, focusing on understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Lead the testing of new product concepts and prototypes with US customers, gathering valuable feedback to refine product designs and features before launch.
Product Roadmap & Launch Management:
Own North America's product roadmap and launch calendar, ensuring alignment with market needs, company objectives, and strategic growth opportunities.
Strategic Product Influence:
Systematically assess opportunities across battery products, accessories, and services in your market to influence product strategy. Provide insights and recommendations that drive product prioritization and differentiation.
Product Positioning & Enablement:
Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to position our products in the North American market. Ensure our product offerings address customer pain points and are communicated effectively to enable sales success.
Global Alignment:
Collaborate with the product development team to formulate precise product requirements. Interface and align with the global product management and engineering functions and other regional teams to ensure consistency in product strategy, share best practices, and leverage global insights for the US market.
