About the role
We are looking for an Account Manager to build strong and long-lasting relationships with our customers based in the Netherlands.
Key responsibilities
Engage with enterprise clients and assist them with their short-term and long-term business requirements;
Cross-sell & Up-sell our products and services to our clients helping grow their business with us;
Provide an excellent customer experience from the initial call to final sale closure;
Work closely with support & product teams to help meet the clients needs;
Offer a high level of service meeting our department key metrics for Sales, Quality and Productivity.
