As an Operations Assistant, you’ll be working across our group of companies, providing critical support in data entry, administrative tasks, and operational coordination. This role offers a blend of office and remote work, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week. You’ll primarily be based at our Bundoora office, with occasional work from our Coburg office as needed.

Requirements

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Data Entry & Record Keeping – Accurately input, update, and maintain key business information.
  • Processing Paperwork & Reports – Organise and manage documents, ensuring they are up to date and easily accessible.
  • Managing Databases & Spreadsheets – Keep records structured and error-free, ensuring seamless data management.
  • General Administrative Support – Assist with emails, document preparation, and scheduling tasks.
  • Operational Coordination – Help track workflows and support the team in staying on top of operational processes.
  • Assisting with Business Acquisitions – Support due diligence, data collection, and document preparation for acquisitions and business transitions.
  • Internal Communication – Liaise across departments to facilitate smooth business operations and acquisition processes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong data entry and typing skills, with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail—you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring everything is correct and well-organized.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying proactive and solutions-focused.
  • Tech-savviness, including familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, and office software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to liaise effectively with different teams.
  • A positive and adaptable mindset, ready to take on challenges and support business operations effectively.
  • An interest in business growth and acquisitions, with a willingness to learn and support the process.
