The Role: Manager, Marketing Ops (Remote)

As a Marketing Ops Manager, you will support and execute marketing operations to drive awareness of the BlinkRx brand and value proposition. You will be responsible for executing B2B marketing campaigns, owning marketing channel operations, supporting marketing tooling decisions, creating marketing and sales assets, and managing and coordinating conferences and events for BlinkRx. 

Your objectives:

  • Execute successful co-branding campaigns with pharmaceutical partners to support our Growth team, elevate the BlinkRx brand, and support partner objectives
  • Plan and manage Blink Health’s presence at industry conferences and events, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and company strategy
  • Oversee marketing operations processes, tools, and systems to streamline workflow and improve efficiency

 

Your responsibilities:

Execute campaigns across channels and audiences to deliver meaningful and informative content to target audiences where they prefer to connect

  • Collaborate with pharmaceutical partners to execute co-branded marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with both BlinkRx and partner brand guidelines
  • Plan and execute Blink Health’s participation in industry events and conferences, from booth design to promotional materials and logistics
  • Manage the development and execution of marketing events, including virtual events, webinars, and in-person engagements
  • Optimize marketing processes and operations, including project management, tools, and systems to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
  • Support cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies by providing operational support, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively
  • Monitor performance of campaigns and events, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

 

A successful applicant will fit the following criteria:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related role, preferably within B2B healthcare or technology, with startup experience highly preferred
  • Experience managing and optimizing marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, email automation, analytics tools)
  • You have direct and applicable experience designing, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally with teams such as sales, product, and marketing
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
