Position Overview

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to manage hybrid lead generation for Aputure, amaran, and Deity Microphones. This role focuses on converting high-intent prospects from two key sources:

  1. Abandoned shopping carts across all brands
  2. Website form submissions (project inquiries/contact requests)
    • You’ll qualify and route viable opportunities to our Business Development team while maintaining HubSpot CRM hygiene
Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification Engine

  • Process inbound warm leads from:
    • Abandoned carts
    • Website project inquiry forms
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to cold leads via email/LinkedIn

Pipeline Qualification

  • Assess lead viability through discovery calls/emails using criteria:
    • Budget alignment
    • Project timeline
    • Technical requirements
    • Decision-maker access
  • Route qualified leads to Business Development team with:
    • HubSpot contact/company records
    • Needs assessment summary
    • Recommended next steps

HubSpot Optimization

  • Maintain lead scoring model for cart/form leads
  • Document all prospect interactions in CRM
  • Build segmented lists for nurture campaigns
Requirements
  • 2+ years in inside sales/lead qualification
  • HubSpot CRM expertise (required)
  • Technical aptitude to assess:
    • Film/photo lighting systems (Aputure/amaran)
    • Professional audio solutions (Deity)
  • Portfolio showing successful email outreach campaigns

Compensation
The expected compensation for this role is $60,000 - $75,000/year
