About the Role: 

As an Account Manager (OTG), Financial Products, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our SMB and Mid-Market (MM) clients. You will guide clients through the onboarding and implementation of our Cards product, handle financial projects related to cards and focus on helping clients adopt and grow with our solutions. This role requires a quick learner, adaptable problem-solver and someone with strong communication skills who can proactively address customer needs and ensure their long-term success. This position also requires someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills and demonstrates good relationship-building with customer

Working with the OTG (Onboarding, Transaction, and Growth) department would help you play a key role in each phase of the customer lifecycle. Your primary goal will be to build strong customer relationships, educate clients on the value of our products and ensure they get the most value from Motive's Cards product while managing financial projects effectively

What You’ll Do: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SMB and Mid-Market (MM) clients, ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing product adoption.
  • Provide timely support, answer inquiries and resolve customer issues 
  • Monitor client progress, ensuring effective product usage and optimal value delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and continuously enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage customer relationships through calls, emails and virtual meetings.
  • Adapt to customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive success.
  • Build strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing personalized service.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or customer-facing roles.
  • Quick learner, adaptable and able to solve problems efficiently.
  • Strong communication with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional support.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Focused on customer success and building long-term relationships. 
  • Experience with SMB and Mid-Market (MM) clients, preferably in tech or SaaS.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project management software
