Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in our business and product offerings.
Work closely with Engineering team to ensure data pipelines are structured effectively and that data integrity is maintained.
Support business strategy by providing data-driven insights that guide revenue, marketing, and operational initiatives.

Excellent communication skills—you can break down complex data insights into clear, actionable takeaways for non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent SQL skills and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker or Power BI.
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus, but not required.
Experience working cross-functionally, particularly with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and take ownership of data projects from start to finish.
A self-starter mindset with a passion for uncovering insights and driving business impact.
We see ourselves as “distributed first” but also have a beautiful office in Berlin where you can work.
We are flexible and cover whatever you need to be as productive as possible.
Home office stipend.
30 days vacation.
Meaningful equity.
Open-minded and transparent culture that includes regular get-together meetings (e.g. All Hands, Brown Bag Lunch, Offsite).
We're looking for people with passion, grit and integrity. You're encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We welcome diverse perspectives and people who think out of the box and aren't afraid to challenge assumptions. Join us.
