POSITION SUMMARY

The Customer Experience & Operations (CX&OE) Analytics organization offers solutions that provide actionable insights primarily to internal Workforce Management business partners and customers that help understand key business metrics and provide forecast outlook measurements on various metrics while supporting ever-changing business data needs.

The Business Analytics Advisor is a hands-on role supporting the creation and maintenance of Operation and Enterprise level metrics, scorecards, and dashboards. Working within CX&OE Analytics, the Analytics Advisor will partner with internal team members and our stakeholders, leading and/or participating in projects centered on reporting, data visualization, forecast modeling, and data management to ensure the success of our operations stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be leading or assisting in the development of data tools and dashboards to improve the various scorecards, dashboards, and business reports that are in place. The output of this work will largely be providing our Partner Teams with dashboard-related insights, key metric reports and data driven insights needed to drive improvements within their organizations.

Candidates who reside within 50 miles of the following locations may be asked to work in person: Bloomfield, CT, Chattanooga, TN, Denver, CO, St Louis, MO, and Scottsdale, AZ.    

Primary Functions

  • Lead or participate in analyses and report/dashboard/scorecard development.
  • Deploys dashboards, data models and operational scorecards using current tools and emerging tools/technologies including Tableau, Python, Databricks, Alteryx and others
  • Collects, aggregates, and organizes information across various technologies.
  • Presents results of dashboards, analytics research and/or projects to stakeholders and leaders within planning and operations areas.
  • Consults with and provides guidance to other analysts/developers to promote growth as a team.
  • Recommends improvement ideas that would help create efficiencies for overall team performance and coverage of data needs

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data or Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, or similar curriculum
  • 4+ years relevant data analytics or related experience
  • Strong proficiency with SQL is required.
  • Experience with data visualization and analytical software packages required; knowledge of Tableau preferred.
  • Experience with Alteryx, DataBricks, Python preferred.
  • Experience with data modeling and data forecasting methods is preferred.
  • An innovative and curious mindset is also required. The candidate should be comfortable asking questions of subject matter experts, while possessing the curiosity to think outside of the box.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships across the organization is required.
  • Knowledge and experience working in an agile environment is a plus.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 96,000 - 160,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
