POSITION SUMMARY
The Customer Experience & Operations (CX&OE) Analytics organization offers solutions that provide actionable insights primarily to internal Workforce Management business partners and customers that help understand key business metrics and provide forecast outlook measurements on various metrics while supporting ever-changing business data needs.
The Business Analytics Advisor is a hands-on role supporting the creation and maintenance of Operation and Enterprise level metrics, scorecards, and dashboards. Working within CX&OE Analytics, the Analytics Advisor will partner with internal team members and our stakeholders, leading and/or participating in projects centered on reporting, data visualization, forecast modeling, and data management to ensure the success of our operations stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be leading or assisting in the development of data tools and dashboards to improve the various scorecards, dashboards, and business reports that are in place. The output of this work will largely be providing our Partner Teams with dashboard-related insights, key metric reports and data driven insights needed to drive improvements within their organizations.
