Your Day to Day

As a Partner Commission Specialist you would be working on:

Handling incoming billing and commission related cases.
Responding to emails and queries from customers and partners in Germany and UK/Ireland.
Answering phone calls or callbacks from customers and partners.
Assisting colleagues with commission calculations as needed.
Working cross functionally with multiple departments/teams on a daily basis to solve cases and escalations.
Communicating with partners/clients and supervising internal projects to resolve their requests.
Process improvements, both billing and commission related.

What We’re Looking For

As a Partner Commission Specialist, your background will look like:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong skills and experience in Customer Service.
Fluency in both German and English required.
Ability to adapt to change.
Ownership and professionalism in own work.
Positive attitude and team player.
