Your Day to Day

As a Partner Commission Specialist you would be working on:

  • Handling incoming billing and commission related cases.
  • Responding to emails and queries from customers and partners in Germany and UK/Ireland.
  • Answering phone calls or callbacks from customers and partners.
  • Assisting colleagues with commission calculations as needed.
  • Working cross functionally with multiple departments/teams on a daily basis to solve cases and escalations.
  • Communicating with partners/clients and supervising internal projects to resolve their requests.
  • Process improvements, both billing and commission related.

What We’re Looking For

As a Partner Commission Specialist, your background will look like:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong skills and experience in Customer Service.
  • Fluency in both German and English required.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Ownership and professionalism in own work.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
