Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to develop and manage our channel sales within the North East region. This role focuses on working with resellers of our product, managing a robust sales pipeline, and balancing technical and sales expertise to achieve business goals. The successful candidate will maintain top and developing account lists, conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key partners, and deliver compelling presentations. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans to drive channel sales growth within the region. Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with resellers to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain and develop top and developing account lists, ensuring consistent engagement and growth. Manage and report on the sales pipeline, providing regular updates and forecasts to senior management. Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key partners to assess performance, identify opportunities, and align on strategies. Provide technical and sales support to resellers, including product training, solution development, and competitive positioning. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to partners, customers, and internal stakeholders. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Travel within the region as needed to meet with partners and customers, attend industry events, and conduct training sessions. Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive quotes to accounts, ensuring all terms and conditions meet company standards and client expectations. Job Requirements Willingness to travel as needed for work, with an estimated travel need of 50-70% of the time. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in channel sales or a related role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. Technical background or experience in a technical sales role is preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in an accessible manner. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
