Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients. We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile: Junior Site Reliability Coordinator (m/f) - Remote What do you need to have: Hard Skills:

1 to 3 years of experience in SysOps, IT Operations, Monitoring, or Incident Management
Systems: Good understanding of Linux environments.
Virtualization & Containers: Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes (a plus).
Middleware & Messaging: Familiarity with Kafka, JBoss, SpringBoot, HAProxy.
Observability & Monitoring: Experience with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK.
Databases: Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL.
Automation & Scripting: Basic skills in Bash, Python, Ansible.
SRE Methodology: Understanding of SLI, SLO, postmortems, and advanced monitoring.
ITIL v4: Awareness of Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
Prior experience in an ITIL/SRE environment is a plus.
Certifications such as ITIL v3/v4, Linux (RHCSA, LFCS), or Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD) are a plus.
Professional English (required for interactions with certain providers).
