We are seeking an experienced US Virtual Assistant Trainer to join our team. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering induction training to new hires, conducting refresher training and floor briefings, evaluating the effectiveness of training material, and proactively identifying and addressing process gaps to facilitate continuous improvement. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, be flexible with working hours, and possess a neutral English-speaking accent.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver induction training to new hires following company training manuals.
Evaluate the post-training performance of new hires during the OJT period and provide feedback.
Conduct refresher training and floor briefings when required.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the training material and provide feedback to the Training Manager on amendments.
Perform on-floor training interventions based on feedback from the business team.
Proactively identify and highlight process gaps and training requirements to facilitate continuous improvement.
Create and manage product-related documents.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources or related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in soft skills training, preferably with virtual teams.
Good verbal and written communication skills with a neutral English speaking accent.
Good in soft skills training.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work between 5:30 am to 1:30 pm US shift hours.
