Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Oregon | Meaningful Work, Flexible Schedule

We’re hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to support individuals, couples, and families through high-quality therapy services. This role offers a structured schedule and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + competitive benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches.
  • Engage in case consultations and continuing education.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics.
  • Utilize telehealth platforms effectively when needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in Oregon.
  • Experience in mental health care and client treatment planning.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in virtual therapy settings.
