Job description

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and strategic Marketing Manager to take our brand to the next level. As the Marketing Manager at Searoutes, you will lead our marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and position Searoutes as a leader in sustainable logistics technology. This is a hands-on role that requires a combination of strategic thinking, campaign execution, event organisation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:
  • Enhance Searoutes’ brand identity and messaging to resonate with target audiences in the logistics and supply chain sectors
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of all marketing collateral, ensuring consistency in tone and visuals across channels
  • Plan, execute, and manage multichannel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, events, etc.) to generate leads and nurture prospects.
  • Collaborate with the product team to highlight Searoutes’ unique features and sustainability impact in marketing efforts.
  • Lead content strategy, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars, to position Searoutes as an industry thought leader.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to deliver engaging content for target audiences.
  • Use data and analytics to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Regularly report on ROI and the effectiveness of marketing efforts to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create aligned marketing-sales initiatives that drive conversion.
